DESCRIPTION:
Applesauce in apple juice is prepared from a blend of fresh, properly ripened fruit. The apples are washed, peeled, inspected, sweetened with apple juice concentrate, cooked, screened, canned, cooled, cased, and shipped as needed. Procedures meet or exceed all current State and Federal GMP’s.
