DESCRIPTION:
Apple juice is prepared from the unfermented juice of matured, clean apples and apple parts. Apple juice from concentrate contains apple juice concentrate in amounts greater than 25% of the total solids. The apples used are primarily a blend of varieties typical of Michigan. These varieties include, but are not limited to, Spy, Jonathan, MacIntosh, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Greenings, and Ida Reds. The collected juice is depectinized, filtered pasteurized and canned.
PACKAGING:
4 ounce plastic cups with foil lids.
HANDLING AND SHELF LIFE:
Cool dry area.. Shelf life is minimum 9 months on plastic cups.
Meets USDA Grade A Standards for clear style juice unless otherwise specified.
