Dark Sweet Cherry Puree is a smooth, semi-solid product prepared from clean, sound fruit, and which is adequately ripened and practically free from lumps, stems, pits, leaves or foreign material. The final product is frozen at 0 degrees F, or less.

HANDLING AND SHELF LIFE:
Minimum two years under 0 degrees F or below. Do not thaw and refreeze.
