Tart Cherry Puree with sugar is a smooth, semi-solid product prepared from clean, sound fruit with sugar added, and which is adequately ripened and free from lumps, stems, pits, leaves or foreign material. The final product is frozen at 0° F, or less.

HANDLING AND SHELF LIFE:
Minimum two years under 0° F or below. Do not thaw and refreeze.
